Panzer Dragoon Saga

A critically acclaimed post-apocalyptic Role Playing Game released exclusively for the Sega Saturn console in early 1998. Memorable characters, immersive narrative, haunting visuals, cutting edge voice acting - a vast, sprawling epic which was arguably unsurpassed at the time. The game was largely overshadowed by that of several other blockbuster hits from the same year - Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid and the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time all helped to ensure that this masterpiece of a game somehow went virtually unnoticed. Despite its limited release and relative obscurity, the game has since garnered a cult following and is now recognised as one of the best RPGs of all time. Developer Team Andromeda disbanded after its publication, and the Saturn’s demise followed shortly thereafter.
